Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2–3 working days
- DPD Standard Delivery – 2–3 working days
- DPD Next Day Delivery – Next working day (order must be placed before 3:00 PM; orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day)
Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.
Shipping Costs
- Free delivery on all orders over £75
- Orders under £75 — shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@brickego.co.uk with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
